Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Arrow Puzzle handles when you install and play it, and what you can do about it. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

At a glance

Arrow Puzzle (package name com.arwatech.arrowpuzzle) is a puzzle game for Android, published by Arwix Studio. The game does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask you for your name, email address, or location.

The game is free and is funded by advertising. The advertising partner that serves those ads can collect standard device information, and that collection is the main thing this policy exists to describe.

What is collected

Arrow Puzzle itself stores only what it needs to run: your game progress and settings, kept on your device. Nothing in that group is sent to the developer.

Because the game shows ads, its advertising SDK may collect and process information such as your Android advertising identifier, device and hardware details, network and carrier information, approximate location derived from your IP address, app usage and interaction data, and crash or performance diagnostics. This data is handled by the ad provider under its own terms, described in the next section.

Advertising

Ads in Arrow Puzzle are served by Google AdMob. Google's advertising partners may use information about your use of this and other apps to show ads. Google describes exactly what it collects and how it uses it in the Google Privacy Policy, and offers controls at Google's Ads settings, including the option to reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads.

How data is handled

Arrow Puzzle does not sell your personal information, and it does not share it with marketing lists. Data moves only where it has to: to the ad provider that displays ads inside the game, and to the app store that delivers and updates it, each under their own policies.

Where the ad provider transfers data outside your region, it does so under its own safeguards. If you have a question about a specific transfer, ask the developer using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Children

Arrow Puzzle is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, where a higher age applies). The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact the developer and it will be removed.

Retention and security

Progress and settings stay on your device and are removed the moment you uninstall the game. Advertising data is retained by the ad provider for as long as their policies describe, which the developer cannot shorten.

The game is built to keep collection minimal rather than to gather broadly, and no app can promise that transmission is perfectly secure. What is kept locally is protected by the same sandbox and permissions that Android applies to every installed app.

Your choices

You can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your Android settings at any time, opt out of personalised ads through Google's Ads settings, and stop all collection by uninstalling the game.

If you are covered by privacy law that gives you the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to its processing, send a request to the address below and the developer will handle it. Where a request concerns ad data, the developer will point you to the provider's own request form, since that data sits with them rather than with the game.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated as the game and its partners change. The date at the top of the page always shows when it last changed, and the current version is available at this address at any time.
